Please note that each scout needs to have a completed registration and health form, and each parent volunteer needs a completed health form. If your son is attending camp, you will need to volunteer one day as either a den guide or program helper. Please read the information brochure for details. Adult program staff volunteers must attend one of the program staff training dates and complete the PROGRAM STAFF AVAILABILITY form in addition to registration and health forms.

Forms and payments should be turned into Amy Wackerlin (email or call 224-241-6735 to arrange drop off) by April 15 — no exceptions!

Scouting For Food
Posted 2/18/14

In 2013, Scouts collected over 2,147,000 items of food for local pantries. That's a huge contribution to the communities we live in. Bag distribution day is set for February 22. We meet in the parking lot of the Sun City Clubhouse at 10am, then disperse by den from there to canvas the neighborhoods. Dress warm! The following Saturday at 9am, we'll meet at the same place and then go gather bags off doorsteps, then drive the donations to the Grafton Food Pantry for sorting and shelf stocking. Your participation is vital to the success of this food drive! Please make plans to attend.

Grateful Soldiers Thank Scouts for Treats
Posted 10/29/13
The pictures below are of American soldiers who wrote to the Blackhawk Area Council to thank the Cub Scouts for sending them popcorn treats as they serve overseas. Every Scout that sold a "Military Donation" should take pride in knowing they helped make a soldier's day just a little bit brighter with the gift of popcorn.

Sew Convenient!
Posted 10/23/12

Tired of poking your fingers sewing on patches? Thanks to our new "Sew Convenient" Patch Program, your digits can now remain hole free! Scout mom Jennifer Jones has graciously offered up her time and talents to sew on uniform and brag vest patches. All you need to do is bring her your items, either at a pack meeting or to her home, along with $1 per patch. The $1 per patch fee will be donated to the Pack (way to go Jennifer)! For details on how to take advantage of this service, please read the following informational flyer.
